so i launch steam and tf2 is just uninstalled. all the files are still there but it won't let me launch the game. any advice?

you're not launching steam from a diff drive right?

worst case make a whole new steam directory and put all your tf2 shit in launch steam from there should work

in my case hitting reinstall did nothing but you could try it
