Game doesn't like changing maps

ever since the pyro update, my game just gets stuck on the server changing level part indefinitely, with no little white loading bars appearing.

an easy work around is cancelling it, and typing retry in console, but it gets very annoying in DM servers where the map changes every 10 minutes and I always lose my spot because 50 people are auto-joining it.

anyone else have this same problem or know a fix?

this was fixed for a while, but started happening again last night

i have not made any changes to my hud since it got fixed, and not made any changes to any of my settings or configs

happens when map changes after server runs out of time, in DM servers, scrims, and valve casual pubs

sometimes when server configs get re execd, i lose connection to the server and can only rejoin if i retry in console. this also happens randomly while playing and only very rarely re connects. here is my netgraph 4 when it works

http://puu.sh/yvsEA/bd73e021e8.jpg

does not happen when i auto join servers, and when i lose connection in game, i dont lose connection in anything else including steam

its starting to happen during scrims which is a problem so any help is appreciated

Have u tried reinstalling tf2 or installing tf2 on an ssd

Do you have the command that limits output in the console anywhere in your config

Could be a hardware issue, you might wanna search for slowdowns you feel while doing other tasks on your computer, a dying hard drive can slow your map loads hella bad

I used to have incredibly long loadtimes when starting my game back when I was on a hard drive and I found that I never cleared out my demos and deleting them all sped up my launch times significantly

1. many times, and my tf2 is already on a ssd

2. i havent, ill try that out

3. every other part of my computer including actual tf2 performance is great, so i dont think its a hardware issue. does an old SSD affect map times in the same way? mines only a yearish old

4. i only have demos of like 20 esea matches so i doubt its that
