demos crash tf2 when rocket jumping

whenever i'm watching a pov demo, whenever i rocket jump, my tf2 instantly crashes, no error or anything, it just crashes straight to desktop.

this is happening to demos both before and after the pyro update.

if anyone has a fix or is having a similar problem, please help me out

all of my demos start with you usually rocket jumping out of spawn so i dont really know

i've never had this issue before but i've tried running tf2 / steam in administrator mode, lawena in administrator mode, tried different configs, tried different dxlevel
nothing works
