Hey tftv! I have been having an issue with my demos as of recent. Many models such as original, cowmangler, crusaders, and machina are showing up invisible in both stv and pov demos. In addition to this, when a rocket is fired from an original or cowmangler the message "Cannot update control point -1 for effect 'rocketblast'." is spammed into the console.

if its before the pyro update the demo is just broke and there's not much you can do about it

there's actually a pretty simple (inconvenient though) solution to this. you can use a pre-pyro update version of the game (https://jump.tf/forum/index.php/topic,2470.msg20942.html#msg20942) to view the demos.
i recommend putting this in your steamapps/common folder under a different name, but copying your demos folder across. Then, simply rename the folders whenever you want to switch versions.
