Need an account with 300+ hours for lobbies

I posted this in requests last night and I realize most people aren't subscribed to that forum so I thought I'd test my luck again.

I'm mentoring a steel team with some of my real life friends and our medic doesn't have enough hours to practice any competitive besides when they scrim and newbie mixes. I feel like he would greatly improve if he was able to practice during lobbies and gain some experience with healing, ubers and positioning. Thanks, it would be greatly appreciated.

Ps: I would also be careful as sharing accounts with multiple people is against the steam TOS. I don't think anything will happen but be warned.

Use steam achievement manager to idle without starting the game or any of these other methods

You can't edit your number of hours with SAM. The best method of idling is textmode and some sort of sandbox program or vm

Why not just open tf2 then alt tab to idle? Or do you guys have toaster computers that can't handle that?

text mode is way less intensive in case you want to do something like play another game while you idle

Interesting. I have MSI Afterburner opened and I'm looking at 0-1% GPU usage and task manager is averaging about 1-2% CPU usage. This is with about 20 chrome tabs open as well. I can't imagine anything more efficient than that.

I'm alt tabbed out of TF2 at the main menu.

IMO the only time text idling is measurably more efficient is if you are actually idling in a server for the purpose of increasing class hours, strange weapon farming, or item drop idling. If you just want more hours in TF2 just alt tab at the main menu.

textmode is more efficient than that even if you can't imagine it. I don't see how you would think that running the game with a gui is less intensive than without

It's also more efficient to use the bathroom before driving your car, as you weigh less and therefore your car consumes less gas. lol

You also have to remember that even if it is 1% more efficient to text idle, most games never use 100% of your CPU/GPU resources (unless you have a toaster). TF2 might average 30% from my GPU and 20-30% from my CPU. Other games rarely use over 50% of either.

Hell I used to literally litecoin and dogecoin mine at the same time as playing TF2 and other games. I'd set the mining to use about 50% of my GPU and I'd play TF2 with no frame drops or decreases in performance.

To be fair I don't recall ever shitting out 1% of my car's weight

Hi Scilliant. I'm a moderator on TF2C. Add me on steam when you've got some time. I cant guarantee anything, but I'd hate to see a new player with team interests not able to play center.

I know you can't, you just open SAM.picker and click on the game you want and leave it open.
