Looks like you might have been downloading custom files that are fucking your shit up, re-install TF2 then turn off option to download custom files from servers.

How would I turn off the option allowing custom files to be downloaded?
Is it in game or in the steam settings?

In-game.
Options > Multiplayer > In the option next to "Advanced", choose "Only allow map files" or "Do not download any custom files"

Step 1: Verify local cache
Step 2: Cut-paste your entire custom directory out of tf and see if you still get errors
Step 3: If you do get errors, re-install. If not, figure out the files that are screwing with your game and delete them. If they're missing, figure out what is calling them. If you're too lazy to do that, then just delete anything not related to your HUD/configs.

I don't think it's possible to have a totally error-free console in TF2. Usually whenever I open my console I see at least a few error lines. Some of them might just be leftover debug prints that they never bothered to remove. In any case, unless you see symptoms of something being truly wrong, I think most console error spam is safe to ignore.
