Baby Punching Marathon < Menace to Society 1-2

Finally we near the end of a long and exhausting season, but the excitement hasn’t waned yet as we get to see these two titans battle it out to see who faces Ginyu Force in the grand finals. BPM has remained so strong and unwavering since the arrival of Pulse a couple weeks into the season. Their muscle was boosted even further by the addition of Kapoww during Barnblitz week. That arrangement of a fearsome group of strong deathmatchers coming at you from the front while the best spy in platinum is railing you from the back is a combination that few teams have been able to deal with effectively. It’ll be up to MTS to not only deal with the sturdy aggression from BPM but to also not get stabbed repeatedly in the process. MTS is often a very tricky team to predict. Their raw talent and skill is undeniable, but their unfamiliarity with a lot of the map pool and their inability to scrim nearly as much as other teams tends to put them at a disadvantage—or so you would think. MTS has an ability to analyze and adapt to a map that far surpasses that of any other team. That fearsome unpredictability and intelligence makes them the team I would least want to play against. Their performance against Ginyu was outstanding considering their lack of experience on the map. If they repeat that performance again tonight against BPM they should be able to take the win with a close 2-1. BPM’s performance on Swiftwater has been less than ideal. I suspect the root of the issue lies with Kapoww having a difficult time calling on such a bizarre map. BPM are no slouches however, so expect to see them put up overwhelming fight against the favorites of MTS.
