look at this http://www.teamfortress.tv/34834/yttriums-competitive-viewmodels and see if you can disable every animation but reloading. i havent used yttrium's program before but theoretically it's possible. if it doesnt support it you'd have to do some manual viewmodel editing yourself

yeah I use that atm, seems to only disable the models entirely, I'm not really sure how to do it myself
