Invite demo watching?

I'm trying to improve my gamesense and things so I'm trying to find demos of players like showstopper and mike but I can't seem to find them. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right places but can someone point me in the right direction?

you can find demos from recent etf2l games here: http://etf2l.org/demos/
demos from old seasons and lans: http://demos.igmdb.org
demos from esea can be found on match pages on the right side¨
are usually stv, so you're gonna have to look for a team rather than a player

ideally you watch your demo and then watch an invite demo. comparing is one of the easiest ways to improve imo.

also every STV demo is available from this season of esea (STV is better to watch so you can see uber ads and when players are dead)

if you want to watch showstopper, the velocity team page is here
just click on the result (win or loss) and there should be a download button under the broadcast tab

Adding YouMustMike's demo reviews to this. They're fairly old at this point so some stuff might not be applicable 100% of the time, but for a newer player you can learn a lot from these.
