windows 10 reboot loop

so windows 10 would always try to update, and for some reason it would just soft lock my PC (screen goes black but still is on) and I would have to reboot. every time i would just get an update error and windows would continue to work fine

this happened again today, but when I rebooted, it got stuck in a loop. MSI logo -> windows logo -> loading circle "attempting to recover installation" (on screen for less then a second) -> loading circle "restoring to previous version of Windows" (also on screen for less then a second) -> reboot

i cannot launch in safe mode and i cannot start automatic repairs, or load anything besides bios

i really don't know what to do at this point other than bitch about windows 10 sucking ass and posting on the forums

Motherboard is b350 tomohawk if that matters

Any suggestions?

Edit: fixed via rebuilding BCD except the hard way
