i use this https://cfg.tf/ -> felik config + forced facial features, ragdolls, gibs, glow outline, sprays and enabled rays hud there, I think i could see it before and now its disabled, but im not sure at all, it all started when i joined medic in 6v6 and i couldnt see my teammates health when i looked at them, now i cant see enemies health with spy in casual too...
edit: after i made this post i went back to tf2 (no restart, same match) and i see the health now? its sometimes off and sometimes on
