Hitsound not working

Hi

I recently found a cool hitsound I on http://hit.tf/.
I installed it to custom > my_custom_files > sound > ui but it still doesn't work. I checked everything and dont know what else to do to fix.
Does anyone know what i can do to fix it?

Do you have any other tf/custom/<folder>/sound/ui/hitsound.wav, or even tf/sound/ui/hitsound.wav?
Is the WAV file really a WAV file? Is its rate 44100hz ? Can it played using a music player?
