Basically, for some reason, when I right click it closes my web browser (Chrome). When I start it up again it asks if I want to restore pages, as if it had crashed.

No idea why this happening. Maybe i have altered my mouse somehow.

Any idea what;s going on? Google was surprisingly unhelpful

Try disabling all your extensions and check if it still crashes.

I would probably reinstall chrome if I were you that seems fuckin weird

dw it's not just you - I've been having this problem too, since yesterday maybe. Whenever I right click anything, there's a chance the entire browser just shuts down. If this is a very recent problem, there won't be much about it on google yet.

stop right clicking

edit: okay in all seriousness this exact thing has happened to me and it was mouse related. i have a logitech g300s and for some reason it was getting scrambled a bit and right clicking closed browser. does left clicking still work? it didn't for me.

i would assume this isn't your problem because other people are reporting this starting recently, but you never know. try messing around with mouse options/reinstall.

Had the same problem - http://www.techkhoji.com/google-chrome-crashing-on-right-click-fix/

Do you have Avast? Apparently it might be your anti-virus.
