The party in question is PVV (Partij voor de Vrijheid or "Party of Freedom"). Polls apparently predicted them to go from 15 seats to somewhere around 24-25 but they've only gained 5 seats. Hopefully a good sign for the current political climate in Europe, especially for those who are worried about Le Pen winning in France.

Hilarious to be honest.
Hilarious that you think that even though this party is STILL WINNING MORE SEATS you say that this is: "a good sign for the political climate in Europe."

Seriously if none of the other useless parties in the netherlands address the issues of mass immigration, the European Union and Islam this somewhat fascist party will continue to grow.

to be honest, he wasnt doing very well in the polls the last week(s) so i would say that the results were not that far off from the polls. I am more worried about France though, as Le Pen seems to have a better chance than Wilders did. Fun Fact, The Dutch Labour Party died overnight. Went from 38 seats to around 7-9 o,0

Le Pen does not have a good chance at all, thanks to the french system of multiple voting rounds for president. Any of the other big candidates (Hamon, Macron, Fillon [if he's still in?]) are projected to beat her, since everyone except her fans dislike her and her party. She may lead the polls for the primary round, but the second candidate of the primary round will probably beat her in the secondary round.

wtf, she does have a decent chance, what are you on about ? The Left is split-up between multiples candidates, and the Right candidate is having a lot of cases on his shoulders. If Fillon doesnt make it to the 2nd round, many of his electors will vote for Le Pen. Honestly this isnt looking very good atm.

Does the moderate right even exist? Actual question. Because as far as I can tell they don't.

As far as the Dutch election I hope the PVV's opponents don't do what the US Democratic party did and run 24/7 zero policy propaganda and lose the election.
