Hooked up my stereo receiver and speakers to my computer, I want to know if that speaker tower is too close to my two drives?

my HDD: Seagate 2.0TB HDD, ST2000DM Barracuda
mr SSD: Crucial MX100 Solid State Drive

Feel free to ask if not enough information was given.
Thanks in advance.

If the speaker falls over it could damage the drives.

A quick google search told me the following: Apparently drives are shielded and the fields from speakers not that strong in the first place (unless you like put the drive inside your 20" subwoofer).

Yeah I read that as well. I also saw something like you shouldn't have stereo speakers within 3 feet of your HDD or somehting, but that could have been an older post

Thanks for the replies friends.

If you always have backups you never have to worry.
