BeelthazusFor me, dm soaps most valuable utility is in its ability to train situational awareness. You have three other guys on your team, it's your job to one; play your role, and two; focus targets who have already had damage dealt to them. Friendly fire would defeat the purpose in this type of training. You might as well play mge at that point.

Sorry friend but DM does not teach situational awareness. There is also no "role" to play in DM regardless of the class you pick. A lot of people care only about being the "top fragger" when the map ends, so DM is basically shooting people who are not looking at you for easy kills. That is not focusing fire, it is just trying to get a free health pack and a reload of your rocket/scatter clip.

yeah what a lot of people don't understand is that these servers are for practice, and it shouldn't matter whether you get a kill or an assist, tbh I would be in full favor of just getting rid of the scoreboard in dm servers, and also hiding the killfeed
