Looking for a team and medic mentor (Open 6s EU)

Hello, I'm fairly new to competitive with only TF2center experience (and Valve competitive but let's be honest, that's just pubs with less players) and I would like to train as medic. I made a competitive team with a friend of mine and found some good players but we are in need of a mentor. We know most callouts already but since half of the team is new to competitive we would like a mentor. I would also like a personal medic mentor, as I don't seem to be able to learn from demo reviews and watching prem matches.
