All payment forms MUST be submitted back to us for payment by March 23, 2017 or those payments will be forfeited. Each team’s payments will only be made once their entire team has submitted all of the appropriate paperwork.

it usually takes a while my team hasn't got anything yet, my guess is probably a couple of weeks, maybe even more than a month
