Check the connections in your case. Something probably came loose in there during the move.

The only time I've ever had a situation like this was with my laptop, is your house old? If so, maybe the outlet is too low of a wattage.

Yeah honestly the best advice I can give is to just look around for anything loose in there

You say its properly set up but just double check monitors are plugged into graphics card and its seated firmly on the motherboard

check your coolers to see if they arent loose

Same outlet as the one before. House is 15 yrs old too so its not the power

Sounds like your heat spreader got knocked loose and its throttling the hell out of your CPU. Even if it is still attached it could have formed air bubbles under the heat spreader. Reapply the thermal paste on your CPU.

Update. I've checked to see if anything is loose. Everything seems fine. I also unplugged and replugged everything in my computer just to make sure everything was connected properly. Still getting the same problems.

I don't know much about IT stuff so I don't how to go about checking my heat spreader, and I don't have any extra thermal paste around. I'd have to buy some. Which, I should mention I don't think I've re-applied any paste in over two years when I initially built my PC.

I also made my other monitor my main display to see if it was a monitor problem. Same problem on both monitors. So that is not the problem either.

If im reading that correctly it means my cpu is almost 100*C.. thats not good
