For a 24 to 26 players server what is the best/reliable provider i can find in England or France?

Heard good things about Tragic but they are only in Germany.

From TF2Pickup and EU PugChamp experience I could say that SimRai and Tragic are not perfect. I was getting noticably higher ping on SimRai compared to other servers. I get decent ping on Tragic servers, but they lag for all players sometimes.

I say this from experience and this applies to all regions worldwide: find a low cost Linux virtual private server (vps) and learn how to run a Source server yourself. You can likely find a host in the location you want and it will be on par or cheaper than the cost of a 24 slot server. Its not hard to do and there's a lot of information out online.
