Could someone port this particle to dx 80

I have tried to use it, but it does work. i dont know if it doesn't work because i use dx 80,
or because it simply doesn't work anymore.
But I dont think it's because they not longer work, since i have seen stabby used them lately without any problem.
this one works, but the problem is that it is way too big to even see anything.

I'm 100% on this as I haven't tried these. But I think particle mods are controlled by sv_pure. It's possible the servers you play on have them blocked.

I don't think you fully understand the situation here.
You are claiming that one link works while the other does not, even though they are both the exact same link to the exact same thread--a thread that you clearly also did not read, because it mentions that the particles do not work on sv_pure enabled servers.
Custom particles have nothing to do with sv_cheats and everything to do with sv_pure.
