Expanding page list has one page per line

The first few pages are fine but when I click more all the other pages are listed one per line.

Ok so I am not getting this issue in IE 11.0.9600.18059 but I am getting it in Chrome 48.0.2537.3 canary (64-bit) and Chrome Android 46.0.2490.76. Has anybody else been getting this problem? It's rather annoying and I'd like to find the cause if it is something client side. I have tried disabling all my addons and I still get it.
