FPS drops in any game

got this new pc
AMD FX-6300 3.5 ghz
AMD RADEON R7 260 2gb
4gb ram
asrock 960gm-vgs3 motherboard

the problem is i get fps drops in any game, from tf2 to gta v. games run at a stable framerate for a time, then it drops for 5-10 second and after its stable again.
pls help

so far ive tried to update the gpu driver but it didnt change anything

maybe its running hot ?

the procesor is between 50-55 degrees celsius and the gpu is at about 45 average when im ingame

im using the same cpu as you and had similar problem, i solved it by reinstalling wins and using process lasso
check what programs are starting after windows starts first, antivirus (maybe some game booster) is everything you need
you can try set your antivirus to ignore your folder with games + steam
