hey, i need some help guys. When i try to start up my tf2 with mumble overlay on, tf2 instantly crashes when i try to run it. can someone help me out?

Some other program's overlay may be conflicting. Raptr, Origin, Razer heatmaps, MSI Afterburner, etc.

I had this issue for a while and it was tied to the Razer mouse tracking beta. I haven't turned it on since, so I don't know if it's still an issue, but check what other programs you have running and try disabling some of them to see if that fixes it.

kaneI used to have same problem, putting this command in launch options fixed it:
-nod3d9ex

That being said, mumble overlay is known for fps drops (I have crap laptop and it basically made my tf2 unplayable), so watch out.
