weeble = Backup only, can't play due to college getting in the way, hasn't played a single game with us yet

IM players: I had a horrid season in IM with Treason as my first taste of IM, finished out the season with Fake!, then (along with Snow) had a season of IM as the last placed Dogma with only 1 real win under our belts. The rest of the IM players I can't speak for. I can attest to the fact that I have a 3 shot minimum before I play every match :)

Rest are open: The rest of the team mainly consists of mixup players who have very little to no real comp experience, or friends that are helping when we need them (i.e. they have no real commitments). Our pyro (Tila), Eng (Screech), and our scout (Jigz) all played briefly in comp before we ended our original run in TWL 2a, and out of those 3, only Jigz stayed with us until then (the rest had backed out since our scrim schedule was more than they wanted to commit to).

The whole point for us right now is more like a reunion tour. We're basically getting together as many past players to the team as possible just to have fun. Our scrim/match schedule clearly shows it: we have 1 scrim on Sundays (if we're really lucky we'll try for 2, but no such luck yet) and then show up to the match maybe 5 mins beforehand. Planning and prep is nearly non-existent. For the original core members, who lasted out our original 2yr stretch, it's simply a chance to play with the people who made the game worth playing.

As for backups, we're not looking for superstar players, just a few people who can volunteer a night or 2 a week when needed in case real life gets in the way.
